1. General Policy Overview

SolverSoftware is a marketplace offering:

  • Physical products
  • Digital downloadable products
  • Software products
  • Online courses

Due to the nature of these products, refund eligibility varies by product type.

2. Software Products (No Refund Policy)

We provide a free trial period of 7–10 days for software products before purchase.

  • Customers are encouraged to fully test the software during the trial period.
  • Once the license is purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued after purchase under any circumstances.

3. Digital Downloadable Products (No Refund)

All digital products (such as templates, tools, or files):

  • Are available for preview before purchase
  • Are delivered instantly after payment

Therefore:

  • All digital product sales are final
  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed

4. Online Courses (No Refund)

Before enrolling in any course:

  • Complete course details, syllabus, and content are clearly provided
  • Demo/preview content may also be available

By purchasing a course:

  • You acknowledge that you have reviewed the course content
  • Course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable

5. Physical Products (Return & Refund Applicable)

For physical products sold by vendors:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:
    • Damaged products
    • Defective items
    • Wrong product delivered

Conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof (images/video) may be required

Process:

  • Vendor will review the request
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders for physical products can be cancelled before shipment
  • Digital, software, and course orders cannot be cancelled once processed

7. GST & Tax Compliance

  • All prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable
  • GST invoices will be provided for all purchases
  • No GST adjustments will be made in case of non-refundable products

8. Vendor Responsibility (Marketplace)

  • Vendors are responsible for fulfillment, returns, and refunds of physical products
  • SolverSoftware acts only as a platform and is not responsible for vendor disputes

9. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical error in transaction

Such cases will be reviewed individually.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Incorrect usage or handling of the product by the customer

The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

The product is returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

The return request is made after the allowed return period (7 days)

The product was purchased during a clearance sale or special discount (if marked non-returnable)

The product does not match the customer’s expectations or preference

Minor color or design variations due to screen/display differences
