Seller & Instructor Agreement

Welcome to the Solver Solution Marketplace. This Agreement governs the relationship between Solver Solution (the “Platform”) and you (the “Provider,” “Vendor,” or “Instructor”). By registering on our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.


1. Registration & Account Security

  • Accuracy: Providers must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Approval: Solver Solution reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, or request further documentation from any applicant.
  • Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your legal responsibility.

2. Scope of Services

Solver Solution operates a hybrid marketplace and Learning Management System (LMS):

  • Vendors: May list physical products, digital goods, and downloadable software.
  • Instructors: May list educational courses, quizzes, and learning materials.
  • General: All listings must be legal, original, and must not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Specific Clause: Digital Products & Software

To maintain our platform’s integrity regarding software sales:

  • Minimum 7-Day Free Trial: All software vendors must provide a functional Minimum 7-day trial version of their product. This allows customers to verify compatibility before purchase.
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Since a trial period is provided, all software license sales are final and non-refundable once the license key is issued.
  • Licensing: You warrant that you own the source code or possess the legal right to distribute the software. Pirated or “cracked” software is strictly prohibited.

4. Specific Clause: LMS Courses & Instruction

  • Quality Standards: Instructors must ensure all video, audio, and text content meets professional educational standards.
  • Student Access: Upon purchase, students are granted [Insert: Lifetime/1-Year] access. Instructors may not delete a course with active students without a 30-day notice and providing a backup for students.

  • Uploading plagiarized course content or software.

8. Intellectual Property & Liability

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your original software and course content.
  • Platform License: You grant Solver Solution a non-exclusive license to host and market your content to drive sales.
  • Limitation of Liability: Solver Solution acts as a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for product quality, delivery failures, or direct disputes between providers and customers.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • These terms are violated.
  • Customer complaints or refund requests exceed platform thresholds.
  • Fraudulent activity or copyright infringement is detected.

10. Changes to Terms

Vendors are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.
