1. Registration & Account Security
- Accuracy: Providers must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Approval: Solver Solution reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, or request further documentation from any applicant.
- Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your legal responsibility.
2. Scope of Services
Solver Solution operates a hybrid marketplace and Learning Management System (LMS):
- Vendors: May list physical products, digital goods, and downloadable software.
- Instructors: May list educational courses, quizzes, and learning materials.
- General: All listings must be legal, original, and must not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Specific Clause: Digital Products & Software
To maintain our platform’s integrity regarding software sales:
- Minimum 7-Day Free Trial: All software vendors must provide a functional Minimum 7-day trial version of their product. This allows customers to verify compatibility before purchase.
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Since a trial period is provided, all software license sales are final and non-refundable once the license key is issued.
- Licensing: You warrant that you own the source code or possess the legal right to distribute the software. Pirated or “cracked” software is strictly prohibited.
4. Specific Clause: LMS Courses & Instruction
- Quality Standards: Instructors must ensure all video, audio, and text content meets professional educational standards.

- Limitation of Liability: Solver Solution acts as a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for product quality, delivery failures, or direct disputes between providers and customers.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- These terms are violated.
- Customer complaints or refund requests exceed platform thresholds.
- Fraudulent activity or copyright infringement is detected.
10. Changes to Terms
Vendors are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.
