• 7-Day Free Trial: We offer a fully functional 7-day free trial for all software products. We strongly encourage all customers to utilize this trial period to ensure compatibility and functionality with their systems.

• No-Refund Policy: Because we provide a “try before you buy” period, all software license sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the license key is issued.

2. Physical Goods & Shipping

For all physical hardware or merchandise:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

• Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearances.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

3. Returns & Exchanges (Physical Items Only)

• Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Note: Digital software licenses cannot be “returned” and are excluded from this policy.

• Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute our code without express written permission.
