Welcome to SolverSoftware Marketplace. By registering as a vendor on our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Vendor Registration

  • Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • SolverSoftware reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application.
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2. Products & Services

  • Vendors can sell physical products, digital products, software, and services.
  • All products must be legal, original, and not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws.
  • Prohibited items include illegal goods, pirated software, and misleading products.

3. Product Responsibility

  • Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, accuracy, and delivery.
  • Product descriptions must be clear, truthful, and complete.
  • Any complaints related to products must be handled by the vendor.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Vendors can set their own product prices.
  • SolverSoftware will charge a commission on each sale as per platform policy.
  • Payments to vendors will be processed after order completion and within the defined payout schedule.

5. Commission & Fees

  • A commission will be deducted from each sale made through the platform.
  • The commission rate may be updated from time to time.
  • Vendors will be notified in case of any changes.

6. Order Management

  • Vendors must process orders promptly.
  • Delays in delivery or service may lead to penalties or account suspension.
  • Vendors must update order status regularly.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Vendors must follow the platform’s refund and return policy.
  • Vendors are responsible for handling refund requests for their products.
  • Any disputes will be resolved by SolverSoftware’s support team.

8. Prohibited Activities

Vendors must not:

  • Sell counterfeit or illegal products
  • Mislead customers with false information
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

9. Account Suspension

SolverSoftware reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Customer complaints are excessive

10. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors must ensure they have rights to sell their products.
  • Any copyright violation will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

SolverSoftware acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Delivery issues
  • Vendor disputes

12. Changes to Terms

  • These terms may be updated at any time.
  • Vendors are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.
